If you aspire to embark on a rewarding career journey with Pegasus, consider flight number PC 2023. To be eligible, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Born on or after 1.01.1973
  • Possess a valid SHGM/EASA/FAA/ICAO ATPL Licence with a minimum Level 4 English proficiency endorsement
  • Hold a valid SHGM/EASA/FAA/ICAO Class I Medical Certificate
  • Be current on A320 Family aircraft with a minimum of 1000 hours on type
  • Maintain a clean criminal record
  • Maintain a clean flight record with no incidents or accidents with previous employers
  • Hold a second-level graduation degree (e.g., baccalaureate, A-Level Exam, Matura, Abitur)

Assessment Process

Our comprehensive assessment process includes the following stages:

  • Document Control
  • Board Interview
  • SIM Evaluation
  • English Proficiency Test
  • Behavioral Tendency Inventory
  • Psychological Evaluation Inventory

Candidates who successfully complete these stages undergo Flight Safety Evaluation and Reference Checks by the Pegasus Airlines Recruitment Board. Those deemed suitable are offered a spot in our training classes and are notified via email. Candidates who do not progress at any stage receive a corresponding email notification.
